Turnaround Pastors Boot Camp© is only the beginning! At Boot Camp pastors learn more effective ways of thinking about ministry, begin to develop a plan to lead their churches in renewal, and start developing the personal and ministry skills required to lead change.
But that’s only the beginning.
Boot Camp “recruits” enroll in a year long follow up process that includes monthly coaching with an experienced mentor, learning communities of like-minded pastors, and twice per year video conferences with their Boot Camp cohort and the trainers.
At Turnaround Pastors we’re not interested in hosting conferences. We want to join Jesus in transforming the Church, and we do it by training pastors to become skilled transformational leaders.
